Sukiyaki Nakagawa has opened in CUBUS, Causeway Bay, offering an authentic Kansai-style sukiyaki experience led by Chef Kazuyuki Itagaki. The restaurant specializes in premium Japanese wagyu beef, featuring Matsusaka, Oita, and Jinnai Wagyu Aka varieties. Chef Itagaki brings 25 years of culinary expertise, with previous experience in Tokyo, Amsterdam, and across Japan.

The menu features multicourse omakase options that focus on traditional sukiyaki techniques, using high-quality ingredients and a signature sauce made with soy sauce from Wakayama. Guests can enjoy a curated drinks menu by sake sommelier Chef Ho Wai-leung, with premium sakes from the Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute.

The restaurant's setting is intimate, accommodating 15 diners, and combines traditional Japanese design elements with a modern touch. Chef Itagaki aims to create a memorable sukiyaki experience that reflects the beauty and precision of Japanese cuisine.
