    關於

    位於香港W酒店一樓的星宴由中餐行政總廚陳忠秋師傅主理，供應多款正宗廣東菜餚，包括特色點心、各款傳統及新鮮海鮮菜式，採用中國南方的傳統烹調方法。新餐廳由國際著名建築師及室內設計師梁志天先生設計，共設有120個座位。摒棄中菜廳傳統的金碧輝煌，設計師以破格的現代手法重新勾劃出香港街道的特色風貌，引領貴賓穿梭其中，體驗獅子山下和諧共融的情懷，品嚐傳奇香港繁華都市的人文氣息。(2020年4月)
