    “We also ordered the sautéed garoupa with vegetables in XO sauce, another Regal Court speciality. The fish was cooked perfectly and was soft enough to break with light pressure of the fork. Seasoned and covered with XO sauce, the fish was sautéed impeccably, with crunchy vegetables as an accompaniment. For dessert, we went with a traditional mango and pomelo sago.
