    Pete’s Place is the kind of restaurant you wish you had in your neighborhood. The service staff are warm and friendly, the food is affordable and tasty, and the vibes make you feel right at home. It’s easy to settle in and snack on items like deep-fried baby sardines, where the small fishes are lightly battered and fried to crisp perfection. So good, you’ll finish each piece from head to tail, bones and all. The Beef Empanadas are also a delectable snack, as you sink your teeth into the crispy shell encasing juicy bits of chopped wagyu. Mains are pure comfort food. Roasted Duck Pappardelle, for instance, is a hearty portion of shredded duck and sliced mushrooms swathed in a rich creamy sauce that has hints of spicy-sour Sichuan flavors.

    If you’re a meat-lover, the Roasted BBQ Ribs features meltingly soft meat that practically falls off the bone at the lightest touch.
