    Description

    One of the few eateries in Hong Kong that serve Japanese raw pasta (生 スタ), PASTAHOLIC whips up authentic pastas, pizzas and paellas made with fresh ingredients. Sauces, soup bases and several other ingredients are also made in-house to ensure freshness. If you’re looking for a rich, yet healthy pasta, go for the prawn and avocado genovese. Fresh chunks of avocado and tomato are transformed into an earthy pesto sauce, then topped with tender, freshly-cooked prawns - you won’t even notice you’re saving on calories with this delicious dish.

    Carbs not your thing? Fret not, as steaks are also on offer. Take your pick from salmon, lamb and Angus beef. Their thick-cut Angus beef steak is perfectly juicy, with just the right amount of firmness without being overdone. Slice into the luxurious cut of meat and watch the juices pool on your plate - excellent when mopped up with their thick-cut chips.
