    Description

Located on the 25th floor, Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant serves exquisite local and regional specialties. Often referred to as Hong Kong’s most beautiful dining space, Man Wah’s atmospheric decor and panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline provide the perfect setting for wonderfully delicious cuisine.

With walls adorned by original paintings on silk, and lacquered enamel and gold-plated ceiling lamps fashioned to resemble birdcages, Man Wah’s design is as celebrated as the menu. Visit for dinner and enjoy your meal against a backdrop of sparkling city lights or stop by at lunchtime for dim sum dishes that are the talk of the city. (Jan 2016)

    The Buzz

"If you are after beautiful panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong’s skyline, this is definitely one view that can’t be missed. The design of the restaurant is lavish authentic Chinese, with lanterns and silk decorating the walls. On offer is an extensive Cantonese menu offering something for everyone – and you’ll be treated like royalty here." -Sassy Hong Kong

"The roast suckling pig comes in squares of crispy, light skin that breaks like crackers, revealing tender, fine meat underneath. The black Iberian pork, with kuei hua (osmanthus) flavoured pear and Chinkiang vinegar is a twist on the classic sweet and sour pork (also available on the menu), but has a deeper, richer flavour thanks to the dark vinegar." -Hong Kong Tatler

"The superior vegetable platter and fried noodles “Man Wah” style topped off our splendid meal, and although the portions were small, we were more than satisfied." -HK Magazine
