    來自東京的超人氣炭火現烤漢堡扒專門店「挽肉と米」，於2020年創立於日本吉祥寺，除日本吉祥寺、涉谷、京都、今泉4家分店外，同時已進軍台北及首爾，人龍絡繹不絕。
     
    「挽肉と米」於2024年5月於香港ifc mall 開設一號店，100%還原日本配方和製法，每天早上在店內「新鮮現絞」日本牛肉，即席以炭火「新鮮現烤」 ，配搭用羽釜鍋「新鮮現煮」的白飯，讓大家享受獨一無二的完美漢堡扒體驗。
