Reservation Terms and Conditions
1. Online reservation quotas of the next 7 days will be released at 00:00 every day.

2. A maximum of 4 seats can be reserved for each reservation (subject to on-site situations, reservation of 4 people may be seated separately). For safety reasons, only children who can sit alone are allowed to dine in. No children chairs are provided.

3. The minimum order per seat is one "HIKINIKU TO COME Set".

4. Upon reservation, the system will perform a pre-authorization of HK$178 per person from the credit card as deposit, including the minimum charge and handling fee. The authorization will be released within 7 days after attendance. The bank may send a “Transaction Successful” message upon this pre-authorization, but this does not represent any actual charge.

5. In the event of cancellation, 50% of the deposit will be charged for cancellation within 3 days, and 100% of the deposit will be charged for same-day cancellation or no-show.

6. In case of late arrival for more than 10 minutes then the reserved time, the reservation will be regarded as same-day cancellation or no-shows.

7. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful reservation, and an SMS reminder 24 hours in prior of the reserved time.

8. Only electronic payments will be accepted.
