    Description

From the people who brought you the wildly popular Glasshouse and Townhouse restaurants come the third iteration - Greenhouse. Located centrally in Causeway Bay on the roof of the International Financial Centre, this spot boasts sweeping views of the city, an innovative menu, and laid-back vibes. Whether you’re looking to tuck into some hearty fares or indulge your sweet tooth, there’s sure to be something on the menu here for you. Greenhouse lives up to its name by providing eco-friendly solutions to the problems of modern dining. Most of their utensils and wares are sourced from conflict-free, sustainable suppliers, so if you’re concerned about your carbon footprint, this is the perfect place to treat yourself without guilt.

The “East meets West” concept of the menus is exemplified in dishes like the Duck Rice Paper Roll with Sweet Prune Dressing. A thin casing of rice paper envelopes a generous portion of perfectly-seasoned duck. The sweet, tangy sauce is just the cherry on top for this delicious and memorable dish. The dessert menu here is just as appealing as the mains - with hot favourites from Townhouse and Glasshouse also making an appearance. There are also some unique dishes on offer based on the green theme of the restaurant. (May 2019)
