    The quiet, down-to-earth sister of Townhouse and Greenhouse in Causeway Bay, Glasshouse is a home away from home. With floor-to-ceiling windows, potted plants, and comfortable seating, this is the perfect place to while a relaxing weekend away with friends. The menu is crafted to show off the flavours of premium ingredients like soft shell crab, salmon, and tuna tartare.

    Expect traditional recipes spiced up with a classy twist, like the Signature Caesar Salad. Who knew adding runny egg and soft-shell crab would give this good old starter such a mouth-watering richness? Can’t choose your favourite sushi filling? Get them all with the Up To You, which allows diners to customise their own sushi roll with a range of ingredients, such as tuna tartare, soft shell crab, and seaweed. For a moreish main, try the Singapore Noodles - a generous portion of noodles cooked with a range of spices and chilli, and topped with Serrano Ham and red lobster. The lobster is lightly sweet and juicy, and pairs perfectly with the soft al dente noodles.

    Finish off with a sweet treat, like the Banana Creme Brulee. Made with banana flambeed with a dash of rum, this decadent dessert melts in the mouth from the first bite. (May 2019)
