    The chef from Hunan has been helping in his mother's restaurant since he was a child, and has laid a solid foundation for cooking. He is keen to cook authentic Hunan cuisine. Most of the ingredients used in the store come from Hunan, such as smoked bacon and various peppers. The recommended dishes include Bawang pork knuckles made in four processes in ten hours, as well as Youxian fragrant fried pork and dry pot organic cauliflower.
