The exquisite genre of Chinese cuisine originates from Yangzhou, and currently includes all the cuisine you may find in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river and Huai River. And if Chinese cooking is all about striking the perfect balance between taste, nuance, and elegance, then the sprawling space provides a sneak preview of what we may expect. With its simple yet modern interior, Zhejiang Heen promises a peerless dining experience for all occasions.

    Executive Chef Pan Jiulong presents the beloved cuisine with a modern twist without losing its authenticity. The establishment’s signature dish Minced Meat in Rice Crusts - minced meat hand-wrapped with rice - a innovation that is heavily reminiscent of the Japanese hand roll. Another eclectic must-try is the Zhejiang double-boiled superior Shark’s Fin with Chicken and Ham, a surprising collision of flavours that’s nonetheless a ravishing masterpiece. Going back to basics, the classic Dan Dan noodles features noodles that ticks all our boxes with its springy noodles submerged in a deliciously hot soup that will titillate your taste buds for sure. There’s dim sum available as well, and we say knock yourself out with the Xiao Loong Bao, the fragrant Sesame Pancake, and the mouthwatering Scallion Pancake - it would be a crime not to do so!
