The degustation menu is inspired by the 24 Solar Terms of the Traditional Chinese Calendar (Jie Qi), it changes 12 times a year and highlights many of Yí’s signature dishes, such as Steamed Bird's Nest Dumpling with Superior Glaze and Guanciale Ham, Hot and Sour Fish Maw Soup, Yí’s Oven Roasted Lemongrass Pigeon, all impeccably served on unique firewood porcelain plates.

    Boasting an award-winning team of culinary experts, impeccable service, and a luxuriously modern dining room, Yí will take you on an indulgent gastronomic adventure, with dining for up to eighty-six guests in the main dining room, and two VIP rooms available by reservation.
