    The Upper Deck Bar & Grill, a new American steakhouse in Tung Chung,delivers anelevated dining experience for savvy carnivores where coveted USDA Prime aged beefis the star of the show.

    Overlooking the runways of Hong Kong InternationalAirport, Hong Kong’s neweststeakhouse is not only one of the best venues for plane spotting in the city, but alsooffers stunning sunset vistas each evening.

    With a capacity of 75 guests, the spacious booth-styled seating of the new restaurant’smain dining room creates a sense of comfort and privacy for diners. This elegant spaceis dressed in earthy tones matched with indigo blue and hunter green leather seating, agold panelled ceiling, and brass accents, and is complemented by a semi-private diningarea that caters for eight guests. The Upper Deck’s sophisticated dining room offers aninterplay of light, aided by large picture windows that allow natural daylight to set themood.

    The restaurant also features a standalone cocktail bar that features tailor-made retro-style bar chairs in navy blue leather, and which is bathed in golden light by banks ofsuspended vintage brassed lamps. There is also a standardpool table next to the bararea where guests can enjoy playing a few games with their friends whilesipping theirfavourite cocktails and listening to classic American ballads.
