For dessert, enjoy an expansive selection of Latin American-inspired desserts including Tres Leches Cake (Peruvian condensed milk-soaked cake), Chocotorta (Argentinian cake made with chocolate, caramel and cream cheese), a live station with freshly-made Churros and Dulce de Leche (caramelised milk) Crepes, limited-edition ice cream flavours like Acai Berry Banana, Mint Chocolate, and more. Other buffet signatures include our organic salad bar, chilled seafood selection, Chinese BBQ, wok-fried specialties, and more.
