    Description

    Tucked away in Sai Ying Pun, The Den is a quaint family-run restaurant that brings in quality Australian wagyu. Start your meal with a selection of seafood appetisers, from plump Deep-fried Crumbed Oysters to Mussels in a Garlic White Wine Cream Sauce that comes with bread to sop up all the juices. For greens, The Den dishes out a hearty Beef Cobb Salad, with juicy slices of beef sitting pretty on a bed of greens, chopped tomatoes, bits of hard-boiled eggs, and a wedge of garlic bread. Of course, the steaks are the star of the show here, and The Den offers a selection of cuts and sizes to whet your appetite. Get the Wagyu Sirloin M5 if you fancy a leaner cut of meat, or the Wagyu Ribeye M5 for a juicier, marbled cut to enjoy all the buttery trimmings of fat on the side. Also good here is the Smoky BBQ Ribs, and a hearty Seafood Pie that comes with all the works — chunks of salmon, prawns, mussels and scallops mixed in a creamy sauce and encased in buttery, flaky pastry.
