Lighter drinking snacks such as underappreciated Gai Ping, tender grilled chicken skewers with the perfect amount of char, served with sticky rice and peanut sauce, or fragrant northern Sai Hua sausage are best enjoyed alongside an ice-cold Singha beer or refreshing Oh Yeah! cocktail, while heartier dishes invite friends to relish a family-style meal of Thailand’s most beloved fare.
