    Reign The Abalone House is a Swiss gourmet brand headed by Jean-Marc Soldati, Swiss Michelin star chef in collaboration with the South African abalone farm that has been in business for more than 22 years. The brand offers South African abalone sustainably reared in the beautiful, pristine Walker Bay waters, using completely natural methods to minimise impact to the environment. Reign’s abalone are cooked using advanced vacuum process technology to perfectly retain the natural flavour, making them a luxurious indulgence for connoisseurs.

    Reign opened its first abalone house in Hong Kong that promises a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere with luxurious light meal offerings of premium abalone, caviar, seafood and other delicacies. The menu is designed by chef Jean-Marc Soldati and included slow-cooked South African abalone served with angel hair pasta, abalone collagen, abalone Mille-Feuille, sorbetto with bird’s nest and collagen.
