    Description

    Following the success of her private kitchen Ta Pantry, Chef Esther Sham opened her first full-fledged restaurant destination Maison ES in 2015. A glance down Maison ES’s menus would reveal a selection of predominantly French-Asian fusion creations. It would also very possibly make the reader’s mouth water, what with the drool-worthy spread of eats available.

    Besides tempting French dishes, Masion ES also seeks to transports guests back in time as they dine in the laidback, garden-themed environment designed entirely by Esther herself. Amongst the hand-selected antiques and collectibles, guests are invited to indulge in a comforting yet creative menu of casual French fare. (Jan 2019)
