    Description

    There’s something exclusive about dining in a private kitchen, and Les Saveurs aims to offer a taste of this to diners. Helmed by two Cordon Bleu-trained chefs, the menu here is distinctly French, with a touch of Japanese influence.

    The house specialty is a beautiful dish of Sayori Fish Sashimi, a clean-tasting and firm fish that is paired with white asparagus panna cotta, as well as a dollop of beluga caviar for that pop of saltiness. There’s also freshly-smoked salmon, presented in a smoke-filled glass bell jar where the fish continues to cook even as it is served.

    Classic French dishes such as Foie Gras is also given a lighter, more refined touch here. The fatty goose liver is marinated in a sweet-sour umeshu, then cooked sous vide so the meat is tender.

    For mains, the red wine and tomato-braised iberico lamb neck is smoke-kissed and flavourful, while the Grilled Snapper is cooked to perfection — think juicy fish with a delectable crispy skin.

    Save some space for desserts, too. The Orange Chocolate Mousse Dome is just the right balance of sweet and fruity to end your meal on a high note. (Jul 2019)
