Ganbei Yakitori is exactly the kind of cosy neighbourhood yakitori joint that any Japanophile would love, filled with a raucous crowd of regulars, heady aromas of grilled meat, and boozy vibes. Located in busy Tsim Sha Tsui, this is a great spot for drinks and bites before heading out to party. Grilled meat, seafood, and vegetables are the specialty here, indulgent bites that go down perfectly with some frosty Japanese beer or sake. Think delicious comfort food like Sweet Corn Tempura, or a Homemade Seafood Skewer featuring scallops, shrimp, and fish.

    Try the signature flame-grilled Ganbei Shrimps and Iberico Belly Skewer, sweet and tender flesh studded with delicious crispy charred bits. The restaurant is particularly famous for its grilled Scallops, dipped in a light teriyaki marinade to add extra sweetness and char.
