Calle Ocho is a convivial Spanish tapas restaurant inspired by Spain’s historic Madrid de Los Austrias neighbourhood. Split across two storeys on 8 Cleveland Street, the eponymous restaurant – “ocho” is Spanish for eight – sits on a corner site overlooking Victoria Park on Hong Kong’s vibrant Fashion Walk. Guests are welcomed into an immersive visual journey with architectural elements evoking hallmarks of Iberian ambience such as spacious squares, narrow streets, and warm, inviting spots.

The Calle Ocho menu revolves around dishes made with high quality ingredients that reveal the unique flavours of Spain. From a humble Pan con Tomate made with the freshest tomato and herbaceous olive oil, to a playful “Uni-Cone” featuring tuna tartar crowned with Japanese sea urchin, a selection of indulgent Charcuteria with traditional cold cuts and cheeses, to Grilled Cuttlefish, Clams Clay Pot, Spanish Suckling Pig ‘Boneless’ Terrine, a wholesome Vegetales section, three kinds of Tortilla, to a show-stopping squid ink Paella packed with octopus, crispy calamari, king prawns, mussels and clams, finished off with a rich and slightly salty Candela’ Manchego Cheesecake – the menu is brimming with tempting treats to delight every guest.
