    Amalfitana – Artisan Pizza Bar is an Amalfi Coast inspired authentic pizzeria and bar drawing its inspiration from the Amalfi Coast located at The Pulse, Hong Kong’s largest beach-front shopping mall situated in Repulse Bay.

    Adopting the best of the various styles of pizza making, Pizzaiolo Michel uses a technique of long rising dough whereby the pizzas are lighter and easier to digest. Using a variety of Italian produce and ingredients such as San Marzano tomatoes, signature pizzas include the Margherita, Tomato, Mozzarella, Amalfitana, Bufala Mozzarella, Tomato, Porcini Mushroom, Rocket, Parma Ham, Italia, Tomato, Bufala Mozzarella, Basil and daily Chef Specials such as Il Capo, Black Truffle (shaved tableside by the Chef), Tomato, Mozzarella, Porcini Mushroom, Rocket to name a few.
