    When the temperature drops in Hong Kong, there is no better dish to warm you up than chicken hotpot, and the Taiwanese have mastered it. Located in the buzzing Tsim Sha Tsui district, this spot serves up an affordable chicken hotpot buffet with free-flow drinks. The neon signs, plush couches, is sure to catch your attention.

    The makings of a good hotpot are in the broth, as this is what gives the ingredients their flavour. Diners will be delighted by the soup bases on offer here, including Taiwanese Three Cup Chicken Soup, Roast Beef Soup, and the Winter Melon Soup.

    The ever-popular Three Cheeses Chicken Hotpot is another excellent option that allows diners to dip their hotpot goodies in a vat of stringy cheese. Some of the delightful hot pot accompaniments such as the squid ink squid paste, truffle cheese and pork dumplings, and triple cheese cuttlefish balls are handmade in-house for maximum freshness.
